We hired JJH Construction & Utility Video Analysts for a Pre- During & Post video services for our flooring project (Hardwood & Title project) and a good thing we did because a couple days after the commercial job was completed, we received a call from the clients Human Resources Department regarding the commercial project with a complaint stating that a part of the wood was scratched and a title was Cracked, We told the Client that we would review the post video that JJHVideos shoot and get back to them! Within a couple hours the Client’s office called back apologizing saying one of the maintenance men Scratch & Cracked the wood & title moving the office furniture back!!! We would like to Thank JJH for their outstanding services and saving us A LOT of MONEY!!!!
A RESIDENTIAL Customer called us to come over to their house because( Pennsylvania American Water) Insisted that the customer had a water leak underground and needed “US” to dig up the existing water service to fix the leak! The customer was certain there was ”NO” leak coming from his underground service! So our company KO Paving & Excavating decided to called JJH Construction & Utility Video Analysts to “VIDEO” to show the process of our dig also show time of our dig and finally the results of our dig! Which show the customer was completely correct! So now the water company’s Insurance is “RESPONSIBLE” to pay for the home owner’s landscaping and anything else that was disturbed by the dig! The bottom line is with that JJH VIDEO it will help us get paid in a timely fashion and most important the video shows in detail, and just not just by the homeowner word of what the landscape will cost the water company’s insurance so really with the help of JJH VIDEO services great work everyone will be “SATISFIED”! KO Paving is looking forward to working with JJH Construction & Utility Video Analysts a lot in the future
